Tiered Attribution

This feature was delivered into JDK 9 which was released September 2017. The Project was dissolved by virtue of losing its sponsoring Group. Discussion about tiered attribution may be found on compiler-dev. New language features are discussed on amber-dev.

The goal of this Project is to investigate an alternate architecture for the javac type-checking subsystem which is free from speculative attribution. Additional details may be found in JEP 215: Tiered Attribution for javac.
