JVM Language Summit — Logistics

Are you visiting the JVM Language Summit from out of town?

Location

The address of the Oracle Santa Clara campus is 4040 Palm Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95054. All presentations will take place in the Auditorium building at 4030 George Sellon Cir, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

Parking: There is some parking in front of the Clock Tower at the end of Palm Drive. There is plenty more on the south corner of the Oracle campus, between Leonard Stocking Drive and Network Circle, with a short walk to the Auditorium.

Transportation

Airports: Oracle is approximately 6 miles (10 km) from the San Jose International Airport (SJC), and 32 miles (52 km) from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO).

For those of you unfamiliar with the Bay Area, traffic can be bad, especially at standard commuting hours. If you are trying to get back to the airport in the evening, please allow additional time.

Rapid Transit: For those arriving at SFO who prefer not to rent a car, the BART rapid transit system has a stop at the airport. Take BART one stop to Millbrae, and change at Millbrae to the Caltrain commuter rail, which you can take to the Santa Clara station. Oracle is 4 miles (6 km) from the Santa Clara station.
