These features were delivered into JDK 9 which was released September 2017. The Project was dissolved September 2024. Discussion about javadoc feature implementation may be found on javadoc-dev.

The goal of this Project is to provide a venue to explore and incubate JavaDoc feature candidates such as an Updated Doclet API, HTML 5, search capabilities, and other related topics.
